With further experience in other disciplines and industries, our team can work closely with customers to model and produce 3D and 2D designs using CAD/CAM Systems like Autodesk Inventor; Radan; Alphacam and Bysoft.
Our in-house design engineering team comprises of young and experienced qualified engineers all with a keen eye for detail. The close link between our designers and the manufacturing system gives our team a broad knowledge of what it takes to make optimised products at a cost and time-efficient rate. Due to the continued investment in training and software, we can work with most file formats, sketches, samples, drawings, or models to design and manufacture high-quality products.
All our design engineers are trained on a variety of machines and software packages to expand their knowledge of optimisation, material utilization, and manufacturing processes for varied materials. Having this expertise removes limitations and allows for a total design process, incorporating multiple materials such as sheet metal; hollow metal tube/section; solid metal bar; wood; sheet plastics and glass into designs.
